Thomas C. O’Neill was appointed Chair of the Board on February 17, 2009 and has been a Director of the company since January 2003.

Mr. O’Neill was Chief Executive Officer of PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting (provider of management consulting and technology services) from January 2002 to May 2002 and then Chairman of the board from May 2002 to October 2002. Mr. O’Neill is a former Vice-Chair of the Board of Governors of Queen’s University and a past member of the Advisory Council of Queen’s University School of Business. Mr. O’Neill graduated from Queen’s University with a B.Comm. and is a chartered accountant. Mr. O’Neill received an Honorary LL.D. from Queen’s University.
